This category includes 5 identical comfortable cottages made of natural wood with an area of 41 m2 each, located on the first coastline with a picturesque view of the Beloyarsk reservoir and coniferous forest.
Each cottage has a thoughtful two-level layout with high ceilings ("second light") and panoramic wall-to-wall glazing. At the first stage, there is a bright living room with a deep sofa bed, a TV and a smart speaker with a voice assistant, a dining area with a round table, a compact kitchen (with a cooktop, a mini fridge, a capsule coffee machine and a tea station), as well as a comfortable bathroom with a shower. On the second level, under the roof slope, there is a private sleeping area with a double bed, from where the upper windows overlook the water. Each cottage has an air conditioning system and adjustable heating for a cozy stay in any season.
The living room has access to an individual wooden veranda with outdoor furniture under a canopy, and each cottage has a private barbecue area with a fire pit and a woodpile in the surrounding area.
The price includes:
- Use of the entire infrastructure of the recreation center: outdoor swimming pool, landscaped beach and pier;
- Parking space on the premises;
- A set of bathrobes, slippers, bath and beach towels for each guest, as well as shower cosmetics;
- Capsule coffee machine with a set of capsules and a tea station;
- Baby cot (upon prior request).
